Sabin Jackson is an associate attorney at Einbinder & Dunn, working with the litigation group. Sabin assists litigation clients with complex commercial, corporate, and franchise disputes in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution forums, nationwide.

Before joining the firm, Sabin served as a law clerk at the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law in Newark, New Jersey where he assisted administrative law judges with research and drafted memoranda and opinions on a diverse range of administrative law matters.

Sabin graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2022. While in law school, Sabin worked as a summer clerk at the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He also served as the Managing Articles Editor for the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal, which published his article “Constitutional Risks Associated with the Implementation of Videoconference Technology in Criminal Trials” in its Spring 2022 edition.
