Ryan J. Krumholz is an associate in Einbinder & Dunn’s litigation group. He is involved in all aspects of the litigation and arbitration process pertaining to complex commercial, corporate, and franchise disputes in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Ryan is an experienced litigator, having worked in high-stakes commercial and securities litigation for several years prior to joining the firm. Ryan also worked as an Assistant District Attorney in New York State, where he successfully tried several cases to verdict. In 2021, he was appointed by the District Attorney to handle the investigation and prosecution of hate crimes and was awarded and named the Outstanding Prosecutor by his bureau.

Ryan received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
