Monica Chawla is an associate with Einbinder & Dunn LLP in the firm’s litigation group. She assists clients with a wide variety of litigation matters pertaining to complex commercial, corporate, and franchise disputes in federal and state courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums, nationwide.

Prior to joining Einbinder & Dunn, LLP, Monica worked as a commercial litigation associate handling complex business and commercial disputes in both federal and state courts.

Monica graduated from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2019 as the valedictorian of her class. In law school, she gained extensive internship and clinical experience working in several different practice areas including business, employment and corporate law. Monica was an editor of the Touro Law Review and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. While in law school, she also operated her own small business and now utilizes her entrepreneurship skills to implement unique strategies to litigation disputes.

Monica speaks Italian, Punjabi, Spanish and Hindi.
