    New York’s First Department Appellate Division has affirmed a lower court ruling in favor of Einbinder & Dunn’s client, a horse-drawn carriage operator, upholding an injunction initially obtained in February 2017 against animal rights activists harassing and obstructing horse-drawn carriage drivers and their customers in Central Park.  The appellate court made a minor modification to the prior order, but the defendants are still required to discontinue their conduct which interfered with our client’s lawful business.
